Shipping & SALES TAX

US domestic shipping

I ship to all 50 states by weight and try to ship within 2-3 business days.

US SalesTax

As you can see there is no sales tax added to your purchase (unless you are in SC - where I am). This is not an error. You are responsible for reporting these taxes, per my CPA, since I do not have what is called NEXUS to report taxes to all 50 states - being such a small business and such.

International shipping

I do ship outside of the US to most countries. Just ask if you have any issues. Note: Deliveries to some international countries may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are charged once the products reach your country of destination. All such charges are your responsibility. We have no control over additional charges to customs clearance. You may check with your local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may apply to your online order.

ALL SHIPMENTS:

Once your package is in the hands of USPS or UPS, it is completely out of my hands. If something is to happen to your package en route or after it is delivered, you’ll need to file a claim with the appropriate postal service. If you are wanting to add extra insurance to you package, please do so by messaging me immediately after purchasing so I can add it before I package (which I do same day). Please check with USPS to see which shipping options carry how much insurance.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

This means no returns. And even more so, no exchanges (as everything being one of one just doesn’t fit into an exchange equation).

Please ask all questions and measure prior to purchase.

I spend a SIGNIFICANT amount of time measuring and photographing, and providing lengthy detailed descriptions of the items, to best help you decide what will best fit. You must also keep in mind, this is a one woman operation, and it is enough to just keep things going OUT, much less trying to sort through things coming back in. If you’re on the fence please reach out BEFORE purchasing and don’t forget to use my free fit guide. This guide works if it’s followed step by step.

Remember, you must measure on 100% cotton jeans - newly washed/dried. (No spandex/elastane.)

Every pair of jeans is inspected to make sure buttons button and zipper zip prior to sending them out to you. If something is to rip or tear or stop zipping after you receive your order, it is out of my control, and therefore not eligible for return/exchange.

EXPECTATIONS OF VINTAGE JEANS

Keep in mind, vintage jeans are not new jeans. Every pair is at least 20 years old, most are older. This means they’ve been worn and likely have signs of wear - i.e. thinning areas, loose threads, signs of previous repair work, discolorations, organic distressing, wear at the rivets, wear at the button holes. I do my best to describe these areas/signs of wear&tear, so please - before you buy - understand that you may receive your jeans and there will be signs of aging. Most buy vintage jeans wanting this, but if you want pristine new looking jeans, vintage likely isn’t for you. And that’s A-OK!
