DESCRIPTION: I have never found another one like this, so I don’t know if it was meant to be a jacket or a dress. But I think you could wear it as either. Three-quarter sleeves. With ruffles at the end of the sleeves and the end of the dress. Buttons all the way up. The pleating on the lower back is insane. Craftsmanship galore. There are some areas of where in the suede, but nothing too drastic to distract from how incredible this piece is. If it weren’t for the fact that it is just a tattoo small for me I would never get rid of this. I will probably kick myself for selling it because I could give it to my daughter. But alas, it needs a home or someone will wear it and love it.

Condition:perfect vintage faded condition. Exception: the leather cord this was made with was missing when I purchased it, but I just wore it open. There are two button holes and if you used a ribbon or bought a leather cord, you would string it through and tie to hold closed. Personally I don’t think it needs it, but want to be transparent.

Keep in mind, vintage pieces are not new pieces. Every piece is at least 20 years old, most are older. This means they’ve been worn and likely have signs of wear - i.e. thinning areas, loose threads, signs of previous repair work, discolorations, faint (or not so faint stains), organic distressing, wear at the rivets, wear at the button holes. I do my best to describe these areas/signs of wear&tear, so please - before you buy - understand that you may receive your item and there will be signs of aging. Most buy vintage wanting this, but if you want pristine new looking clothing, vintage likely isn’t for you. And that’s A-OK!
